If we say the money goes back to the community, you should be able to see where it went.
Every grant awarded, every city and school contribution, every tax-reserve deposit — recorded on one public ledger, with the allocation policy that governs it.
Annual project profit, after ordinary operations and scheduled debt service, is allocated by target percentages:
- Surrounding Block (City)5%
- Community Programs & Incentives (City)5%
- Public School District10%
- Homelessness & Mental Health5%
- Tax Reserve30%
- Retained by American Computation45%
Policy of record: Base planning model · Allocations must always total 100%.

Planning projections, not guarantees. The ledger below records what actually happens.
What's actually been paid out.
The ledger begins when the first hub begins operating.
Hub 01 is in development. Once it's commissioned, every allocation — grants, city contributions, school contributions, tax-reserve deposits — is recorded here, publicly, with recipient, amount and use.
Model assumptions are not guarantees. Final economics depend on actual contracts, lending terms, realized GPU-hour rate, utilization, insurance, property cost, utility arrangements, engineering and tax treatment. Tax reserve is a planning reserve for taxes — not a donation.
